Lista de Verificación:
- El solicitante debe ser un trabajador 'altamente calificado' realizando trabajo de forma remota
- Puede ser autónomo o empleado trabajando para empresas en Italia o en el extranjero
- Debe poseer las habilidades y herramientas tecnológicas necesarias para trabajar de forma remota
- Válida por 1 año, renovable si se cumplen los requisitos
- Requisito educativo:
- • Título universitario (mínimo 3 años) de una institución acreditada
- • Acreditación o licencia industrial adecuada
- Experiencia laboral:
- • Al menos 6 meses de experiencia en la industria de trabajo remoto prevista
- • 5 años de experiencia laboral para solicitantes sin título universitario
- Prueba de alojamiento:
- • Copia certificada del contrato de compra de propiedad (escritura)
- • Transferencia de propiedad por donación
- • Derecho vitalicio
- • Contrato de arrendamiento registrado
- Para empleados:
- • Debe proporcionar contrato de empleo existente u oferta de empleo vinculante
- • El empleador debe firmar una declaración jurada indicando que no tiene condenas por delitos de inmigración específicos en los últimos 5 años
- Ingreso anual mínimo de €28,000
- Seguro médico privado con cobertura de €30,000 en toda la Unión Europea durante toda la duración de la estadía
